We are a ministry and social club built on the belief that God created us to multiply both His Spirit and His kingdom on Earth.
We teach professional and entrepreneurial Christians how to build kingdom focused ministries and businesses through Biblical principle and strategy.

Our Lead Servant
Johnae is first and foremost a follower of Jesus Christ, a daughter of the most high and a boy mom right after. Born and raised in Compton, California Johnae received her burden from God early in life knowing she was meant somehow to help people from similar places to the community she grew up in, see that they are kings and queens ordained by God to build His kingdom.
After over a decade in corporate America and spending most of her life in ministry from a PK (that’s a pastor’s kid for the heathens in the back), to a volunteer, to a minister; she was finally able to see exactly how she could answer the call God placed in her long ago.
The answer was found in forming Seating The Table Ministries, a ministry and social club that teaches the Biblical principles around building ministry and businesses for kingdom impact. Our organization provides coverage and teaching through the ministry, coaching and training through the courses and a safe place full of the love of God through the social club.
We invite you to come and help walk out the vision God gave her. Whether that be as a member of the club, podcast listener, regular at Bible study, small group leader or guest lecturer at one of our symposiums. Whatever way you decide to walk with us both Johnae and more importantly God wants you to know; some people may have to build tables for the kingdom, and some may have to flip some tables for the kingdom. Whichever one you are, you’re welcomed at this one.

We are non-denominational. We are Christians who believe and strive to follow the teachings and examples of Jesus Christ. We read the Bible (Old and New Testament) and believe although study guides and commentary are helpful; the Bible is the only book you need.

An easier answer is that we stand against anything God stands against. Before you roll your eyes, God doesn’t stand against people, He loves people. God stands against sin. If it’s causing chaos in your life or others, we’re against it. If it’s hindering the peace of God in your life, we’re against it. If it’s making anything else an idol in your life, we’re against it. If it’s something Jesus would have flipped a table for, we’re against it.
We believe Jesus came for all who would accept and believe in Him no matter race, sex nor background.

We believe in the Trinity, that the story of creation can be found in Genesis, that the Bible is written by God through men, that Jesus died for our sins, rose 3 days later with all power in His hands, John 3:16, baptizing in water and the Holy Spirit, speaking in tongues, laying of hands (hood and holy), fasting, feeding the poor, tithing, true repentance, forgiveness, redemption by the blood of Jesus, Matt 6:33 and yes, all of the book of Revelation.
We believe community is beautiful and something that pleases God so long as it’s not hurting others.
We believe the traditional status quo for ministry and business gotta go. Ministry and business could and should come in many forms to be able to reach anyone regardless of what the minister, owner, congregation or customer looks like.

Argue with yo mama. Just kidding (sort of). The Bible says that we need to test everyone by their fruit, we are no different. You should hold everything that comes out of this platform up to the Word of God to make sure it matches. Also, the only person that should have full authority over what you believe is you and God. Also, again, we’re totally aware that we’re not everyone’s cup of tea and that’s ok.
